I am a physician and specialty registrar in clinical pharmacology at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital, Copenhagen. I trained as a doctor at the University of Copenhagen, did a PhD on infections in chronic lymphocytic leukemia at Rigshospitalet, and spent a year in cardiovascular clinical development at Novo Nordisk before returning to the hospital. My research combines Danish nationwide health registers, the Copenhagen Hospital Biobank and prospective clinical trials to test whether genotype-guided prescribing and therapeutic drug monitoring improve patient outcomes.
