Ibrutinib and venetoclax are dosed by label, not by concentration, although exposure varies several-fold between patients. TDM-VISION measures drug concentrations in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia treated at Danish hematology departments and relates them to response, toxicity and dose changes. The goal is a monitoring algorithm that tells the clinician when a concentration should change the dose.
